We're reviewing our Estates Management Policy to make sure that we're managing your estates and green spaces in the right way.
Who did we ask for feedback?
We asked 721 customers on our Commentator Panel.
We posted a letter to 98 customers on our Commentator Panel.
We also took the Policy to our Grounds Maintenance Residents Group - where 6 members provided feedback.

What you said and what we will do
It's great that our customers know that we have a Policy outlining how our Estates are managed.
53% of respondents told us they would expect to see the Policy in our customer newsletter PlainSpeaking - so we'll be sure to include it in our next issue to make more people aware of it.
But we had a comment relating to responsibilities and clarifying who is responsible for maintaining perimeter fencing and gates.
We are working with our Estates Team to clarify this in the Policy. In the meantime, you can head over to our Grounds Maintenance webpages to find out more.
