Shaping our Future: Corporate Plan 2023-2028

Our corporate plan enables us to prioritise what we do for the good of our customers, our neighbourhoods and the Trust. It focuses on our role as a landlord, how we run the Trust and the role we play in our neighbourhoods.

Our purpose: Working together to provide safe homes and thriving communities

At the heart of the plan are our three key priorities. We will use these to determine how we prioritise our resources, how we will deliver against our purpose for the next three years, and how we will judge our success.
