What we've been up to

Between April, May and June we...

  • Three Challenge Group meeting took place with eight members. The Group also hosted three Scrutiny recommendations sessions. And two site visits with eight customers involved.
  • Three policy was checked and recommended for approval: Rent Flexibility, Housing Ombudsman Self Assessment, TSM Sign Off. 
  • Held five collaborator groups. Including one Grounds Maintenance Residents Group, two  Mystery Customer, one Range & Pennine meeting and one Damp & Mould Group.
  • Had one consultation: ANPR Consultation
  • Held one training: TPAS training
  • Hosted two Roadshows in Wickfield Mews and Bollington.

What do we mean by 'consultation'?

By consultation, we mean asking you - our customers, for your thoughts and feedback. It means having a discussion and bringing you into the process of improving our services. We want you to tell us the good, the bad and the in-between. 

Depending on what we are looking at, we might ask for feedback through an online survey, or we might also invite you into our Office for an in-person discussion.

*Depending on the consultation, we may only ask customers who have had direct experience of a particular service from us.
