What we've been up to
Between July, August and September, we...
- Three Challenge Group meetings took place with ten members. The Group also attended a tour of our properties with Board members.
- Five policies were checked and recommended for approval by customers: Mutual Exchange (MX) policy, Pet policy, Communal Fire Safety policy, Domestic Abuse policy, Good Neighbourhoods policy.
- Sent an email to our Commentator Panel on what the next tenant-led Scrutiny topic should be. As agreed with Challenge Group, it will be the sign-up pack
- Held three collaborator groups. Including one Grounds Maintenance Residents Group, one Range & Pennine and one Asset Management Monitoring Group.
- Hosted two Roadshows in Lacey Green, Wilmslow and Westminster Road and Buckfast Close.

What do we mean by 'consultation'?
By consultation, we mean asking you - our customers, for your thoughts and feedback. It means having a discussion and bringing you into the process of improving our services. We want you to tell us the good, the bad and the in-between.
Depending on what we are looking at, we might ask for feedback through an online survey, or we might also invite you into our Office for an in-person discussion.
