50% of people described our Advisors as 'extremely friendly' and 50% noted them to be 'somewhat friendly'.
Here's what we've learnt
One of our Mystery Customers let us know that the member of staff they spoke to on our Contact Team had 'good communication'. This is great feedback for us to hear and something that we will continue to strive for in all of our conversations with customers.
All Mystery Customers who responded to our website related questions told us that they used our 'drop down menus' (rather than the search bar) to find the webpage they were looking for. This is helpful for understanding how customers are using our website.
