Our Community Support and Resolution Team

Our Anti-Social Behaviour Team work hard to support our customers experiencing a variety of ASB issues. Take a look at some of their recent positive feedback.

Each month, our ASB (anti-social behaviour) Team contact customers to hear their feedback on how their closed ASB case went.

We ask two key questions:

  • How satisfied were you with how we handled the case?
  • How satisfied were you with the outcome of the case?

In July 2024, we received a 65% response rate in feedback. From this feedback, there was a 100% satisfaction following these two questions.
