Completion of 28 new apartments at Emmeline Court marks a new era for affordable housing in Knutsford 

This project, owned by Peaks & Plains Housing Trust and delivered by Caseys, provides 22 affordable rent apartments and six shared ownership homes in one of the most sought-after areas of Cheshire. 

The development is a significant milestone in addressing the growing demand for affordable housing in Knutsford, offering quality homes in a modern, sustainable environment. The project was made possible with grant funding from Homes England, which has supported the creation of these much-needed homes. 

“We are absolutely delighted to see Emmeline Court completed and ready for local residents,” said Mark Howden, Chief Executive at Peaks & Plains Housing Trust. “The new affordable apartments and shared ownership homes will provide much-needed housing options for those struggling to find affordable homes in the area. This development is a crucial step in improving the housing options available to local families and we are proud to have worked closely with the community by listening to their views on the development'
