Completion of 28 new apartments at Emmeline Court marks a new era for affordable housing in Knutsford
This project, owned by Peaks & Plains Housing Trust and delivered by Caseys, provides 22 affordable rent apartments and six shared ownership homes in one of the most sought-after areas of Cheshire.
The development is a significant milestone in addressing the growing demand for affordable housing in Knutsford, offering quality homes in a modern, sustainable environment. The project was made possible with grant funding from Homes England, which has supported the creation of these much-needed homes.
