Upcoming customer panel: talking sustainability, investment and development
How do we invest in homes? Why? When? How do we make sure they are sustainable? Meet with our Assistant Director of Asset, Development and Compliance to challenge our long term approach to the safety and sustainability of our homes.
What will we talk about?
- Look at how our homes are meeting the standards set by the government and Regulator of Social Housing, making sure we're doing everything we should be to keep our customers safe in their homes
- Look at our environmental strategy and see how we can get more feedback on it
- Look at our permissions policy and whether it can be improved for our customers

This new group is, for now, called the Asset Management Monitoring Group - but we know this isn't a perfect title and doesn't really describe what you'll do. You can help us decide a better name when you're part of the group.
