70.6%* of customers are satisfied with our approach to handling anti-social behaviour.

  • Reports of ASB are similar to those of previous years. This figure suggests a stable level of activity in our communities. 
  • In 2023/2024 we have 349 reports of ASB.

  • 1.5%. 
  • There have been 8 cases relating to hate crime and they are not considered to be a pattern or something that would suggest a wider issue in our communities.

 

Safety checks

Gas safety checks

100% of gas safety checks were completed.

 

Fire safety checks

100% of fire safety checks were completed.

 

Asbestos safety checks

82.9% of asbestos safety checks were completed.

  • Contractor availability led to a number of delays. These have now been completed at the start of May 2024.

 

Water safety checks

100% of water safety checks were completed.

 

Lift safety checks

100% of lift safety checks were completed.
