Join Building Safety Regulators Panel
Building Safety Regulator is seeking applications from current residents of high-rise buildings who would like to be considered for a position on the panel.

The Building Safety Act 2022 created the Building Safety Regulator (BSR) in England.
The Act required BSR to set up a Residents' Panel to advise the regulator and to ensure residents are placed at the heart of the new regulatory regime.
The panel has been running for over a year and they are looking now to build on this and recruit new members to join. By sharing your opinions, you help to improve policies, procedures, guidance, and communications - making a significant impact on the safety of high-rise buildings.
Who they are looking for
The panel needs members who are engaged and can:
- communicate their own experiences and opinions
- work as part of a diverse team
- show a willingness to consider different courses of action
- respect differences of opinion and beliefs among panel members
The panel will consist of 20 to 25 members, including residents and representatives from relevant organisations
