What you've told us and how to get involved
Being a Mystery Customer means you can feedback on our services from the comfort of your own home - and receive a £20 retail voucher to say thank you.
Mystery Customer is exactly what it says on the tin. Customers call our Contact Centre with a scenario (we provide these!) and then complete a survey on how their experience went. Since June 2025, we have also added questions about our website for customers to feedback on.
Mystery Customer lasts for a week and is hosted every two months.
Each time, we pick a random selection of customers from our 'Mystery Customer Pool'. This means that every time we have different people calling, to keep us on our toes!
We'll be kicking off Mystery Customer again in the New Year. In the meantime, let us know if you're interested in getting involved!
